Amazing Sundays – Greek Tables debuts at Nikki Beach Santorini for Summer 2026 as a new limited-edition dining series, bringing the flavors, traditions, and spirit of the Greek islands to four Sundays this season. As part of the global Amazing Sundays series celebrated across Nikki Beach destinations worldwide, Santorini introduces its own locally inspired experience rooted in authentic Greek gastronomy and elevated beachfront dining.

Set against the backdrop of the Aegean Sea, Amazing Sundays – Greek Tables invites you to discover the essence of Cycladic summer through long lunches, Mediterranean flavors, curated music, and the signature Nikki Beach experience. Each event offers a menu specially curated by Executive Chef Spiros Theodorou, featuring seasonal ingredients and local specialties, from Santorini’s volcanic-grown tomatoes and fresh Aegean seafood to artisanal Greek cheeses, olive oils, and sun-ripened fruits.

This exclusive summer series will take place on:

• July 19 – Fisherman’s Catch
  A celebration of the Aegean Sea featuring freshly caught seafood, grilled Mediterranean specialties, and coastal flavors inspired by Santorini’s fishing traditions.
• July 26 – Island Orchard
  A vibrant culinary journey showcasing seasonal fruits, fresh herbs, local vegetables, and the sun-drenched produce of the Greek islands.
• August 2 – Summer Market
  Inspired by traditional Greek open-air markets, this experience highlights artisanal cheeses, local delicacies, handmade specialties, and authentic Mediterranean flavors.
• September 13 – The Final Harvest
  A perfect end-of-summer gathering celebrating the richness of the Greek harvest with rustic dishes, olive oils, vineyard influences, and seasonal island ingredients.
